Delivery & Returns:

How can I return an item?

You may contact us via our email at [email protected] regarding your reason for a refund along with your order number (which can be found in the email received when the order was placed). This will then initiate a returns procedure.

How can I track my parcel?

Once the order has been placed and we have received it, you will be sent an email with your tracking information (granted a tracked service was selected). This code can be searched through the given courier service when clicked.

An estimated time of arrival is usually provided 24hrs before delivery (which will be seen through your tracking number).

When can I expect my delivery and how does delivery cost?

There are various delivery options available. We have several different delivery options as shown below:

2-3 Day Delivery £4.95

Next Day Delivery £9.95 (order before 2 pm)*

*Next Day Delivery excludes bank holidays and weekends. Northern Ireland and some North Scotland addresses do not qualify for next day delivery – in these cases, we will dispatch on the fastest service available to us.

What do I do if there’s something wrong with my delivery?

All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. If there is something wrong with your delivery, please call us at (mobile number).

Do you allow collections?

If you would like to place a collection, you may select this at checkout. You will be notified as soon as your items are ready, and you can come to our location to collect (which can be found here).

Can I request for the delivery to be on a specific day?

Yes, you can select this option at checkout for it to be delivered on a specific delayed date. This option is great when you may not be available on the expected date or are waiting on something before progressing.

What shall I do if I miss my delivery?

If you have missed your delivery, smaller orders will be left with a calling card. Please rebook for delivery following the guidelines provided within 7 days to avoid it being returned where further fees may apply for redelivery.

On larger orders, delivery will need to be rearranged. If you require assistance on this, feel free to contact us.

If my address is difficult to reach, how can I provide instructions?

You can provide us with such delivery instructions in the order notes when proceeding to checkout. These notes will be directly passed onto the delivery driver so that there are no issues delivering to difficult locations.

Ordering:

How do I place a custom order?

Custom orders can be made by selecting the dimensions you like on the product pages. Alternatively, if the options you want aren’t available on our website, please contact us.

How can I change my order once placed?

Please call us on (number) as soon as possible or drop an email to [email protected] with your order number to hand (which can be found in the email received when the order was placed).

Our products are made to order, so a speedy call will help ensure we can accommodate the changes for you.

How do I place an order?

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also order via email, receiving a prompt reply Monday-Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You do not need to create an account to place an order.

How will I know that you received my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder. If you still do not receive it, please contact us.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If you wish to add products to an existing order, please call us on (number) immediately and, if possible, we will be happy to combine the order.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel an order, please call us immediately on (number). If the goods have not been dispatched, we will refund you the full invoice amount within 2-3 working days. If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you wish to change your delivery address after you place your order, please call us on (number) immediately. If your order has not been despatched, we will be happy to amend the delivery address.

What is the availability of your items?

Our items are made to order. However, all products are available and will arrive within the given estimated time of arrival.

In rare cases where there may be stock shortages, we will let you know when placing the order.


Browsing:

Can I search for an item?

Simply type the details of the product you are looking for in the search bar which is located in the top right hand corner. Alternatively, you can browse by product category.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a showroom. However, if you still have any doubts or are struggling to pick the perfect item/colour, get some inspiration from our happy customers on our Inspiration Page.

Installation:

Are the brackets fine for plasterboard walls?

Our range of wall-mounted brackets are perfectly suitable for plasterboard and brick walls. However, we do advise utilising GripIt screws to ensure a secure installation.

Furthermore, if you would like to order a floating shelf, please select the option for plasterboard wall floating brackets (this way we can supply the appropriate fixings).

Will my furniture be pre-assembled?

Some of our larger furniture pieces will not be pre-assembled due to difficulties in delivery. Thus, these will come flat-packed. We ensure our products follow an easy installation process.

Will someone assemble the furniture for me?

Unfortunately, we do not have a team of furniture assemblers to assemble all items that are delivered. However, we have ensured all products follow an easy installation process.

Is my personal information kept private and secure?

The information you share with us is secure, private and confidential. We will never pass your details on to any third-parties.

Are my credit card details secured?

We use the latest encryption methods. Your card details are only entered on our payment partners’ highly secure server.

Payment:

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit / Credit Cards, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are made in a secure environment.

What is Klarna?

You can pay with a debit or with a credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later in 30 days payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card. You can always monitor your outstanding payments in the Klarna app.

Do you offer discounts?

Signup to our newsletter for £10 off when you spend over £100! We may also provide discounts to existing customers. However, from time to time we run promotions which allow everyone to get the same products at a lower price.

Products:

Is the wooden furniture fine for outdoor use?

Our wood is perfectly fine for outdoor use when in dry conditions. The wax finishes add a layer of protection that will aim to prevent erosion and damage over time. However, if using in wet conditions we recommend adding yacht wax which will increase the overall protection (contact us for further information).

Stuck on which wood finish to choose?

Choosing the perfect wax colour can be difficult. However, we offer samples of our colours for completely free (you just pay the delivery charge).

What shall I do if I order the wrong brackets?

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong floating brackets, you are welcome to send those back to us at following the returns process and we will get the correct ones sent out to you right away.

How can I maintain the quality of my product?

For wooden furniture, you can purchase the care kit here which can be utilised to maintain the quality of your product and keep it looking fresh forever!

How much weight can the shelves/mantels hold?

This would depend vastly on the wall it is being installed onto, the fittings used, and the size of the shelf itself. However, feel free to contact us with this information to hand and we can provide an estimate on weight capacity.

Can I use these products in a bathroom?

All of our metal and wood furniture will be perfectly fine in a bathroom. The wax that is applied to our wooden furniture adds a layer of protection and aims to prevent moisture from entering the wood. For further protection, we are able to add an additional layer of clear yacht wax (contact us if this is something you would like to add).


Sustainability:

What type of wood do you use?

All of our wooden furniture is made from FSC-certified sustainable timber. Most items are pine, however, certain items will be oak, walnut, and other (as will be specified in the description of all product pages).

The wood we use is specifically chosen and quality checked to ensure durability, style, and longevity, making it the perfect addition to any home or commercial setting.

Will a tree be planted when I order?

Whenever an order is placed on our website, we plant a tree on your behalf to work towards a greener future. Maintaining sustainable practices and ensuring we use ethically sourced FSC-certified wood allows us to be a direct contributor to reforestation.
