Returns Policy.

You must contact us prior to the return of any products. This will initiate the returns process which can be seen below:

Returns are applicable for 28 days of delivery date on all non-custom products.
Return reason:
Damaged or incorrect item - A full refund or exchange is available.
Customer error/no fault - Return costs and a 25% fee (or 100% store credit) is applied on such returns.

We will then provide you with a returns form, address, and number. All returns must be delivered back to us within 28 days of the delivery date.

Once received, your refund (or exchange) will be processed and shall be completed within 2-3 days.

In certain cases that involve large items, we may arrange a collection. This would be confirmed once you have contacted us.
